Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Massage Therapy Practitioner and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.
Who I Am and What I Do
I have been a massage therapist since 2010. Since then I've accrued knowledge of various body work techniques that I incorporate into my services.
Migraine and TMJD relief- I've developed my own protocols for helping my clients with these issues including intra-oral massage and addressing neck muscles that are often overlooked.
Myofascial unwinding- a technique that releases bound up connective tissue, or fascia, using gentle movements and rocking motions.
Polarity therapy- an energy work technique that balances the magnetic field of the body and promotes deep relaxation.
Reflexology- a technique that focuses on specific points on the feet that correlate to places on the rest of the body.
Residual Strain Therapy- while similar to Myofascial unwinding, this modality uses more stagnant pressure to unbind your fascia.
Deep tissue- many clients ask for deeper pressure which is done including various techniques.
Assisted stretching- perfect for after a sporting event. Your muscles are able to get a deeper stretch with a trained professional.
When I'm not making you feel better, I'm often found on a boat fishing or spending time with my husband traveling around the world.
